The Head of UI/UX is a key member of the Nimbyx Technology Team and is responsible for working closely with the different leaders of the organization to set standards and build world-class UI/UX teams for each company in the nimbyx portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop standards on how to visualize and organize information by studying each product/service content; analyzing target audience of each company; conducting focus groups, user interviews, and surveys; preparing storyboards; applying principles of human-computer interaction, comprehension, learning, and aesthetics
  • Enhance organization reputation by governing all UI aspects of the different software products and ensuring that they are on-brand, cohesive and relevant
  • Build and train UI/UX teams that can:
    • Translate business solutions into wire frames, high fidelity mock-ups, detailed UI and visual design for web and mobile applications
    • Analyze user interface problems and propose on-brand design solutions to improve overall user experience
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to help define business and feature requirements
    • Monitor and measure site performance, while using data to make recommendations and improve performance
    • Identify areas of the website/e-commerce platforms that are underperforming and present plans to improve
  • Ensure that all product data in all sites such as images, descriptions, product detail, and prices are consistent, up to date and on-brand

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of related working experience in building and managing UI/UX teams
  • Demonstrated understanding of agile values and principles
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Can work independently, flexible and willing to solve various challenges.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Deep passion in first class customer experiences, innovation and delivering high-end products and services
  • Work experience in facilitation and fact-based problem solving to resolve complex issues and drive actionable outcomes
  • Interactive web and e-commerce experience a must
  • Understanding of Web/ Mobile/ Social Media and UX design principles
  • Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
  • Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques

The Senior Manager for the Software Development Team is a self-motivated Senior People Leader who will be accountable for the overall resource management of the Technology team. He/she will have a passion for building great cloud solutions and have the leadership skills to navigate our team enabling them to build great products.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Accountable for entire employee lifecycle of the team members from hiring and on-boarding, managing performance, training, and development, through off-boarding due to resignation/termination
  • Responsible for functional on-boarding of team members ensuring they have the necessary tools, peer relationships, and on-boarding program to ensure they start contributing on their first 30days.
  • Ensure that there are sufficient resources to support the business demand and that succession plan is in place.
  • Overall accountable for the performance of the Dev team
  • Work with the CTO to create a culture of Leadership, Commitment, Integrity, and Excellence, and operational efficiencies.
  • Work with the CTO to define a scale-up/down strategy in resourcing.
  • Build a competent, disruptive, agile, and fun team through becoming an advocate for disruption, leading by example, motivation, coaching and mentoring.
  • Mentor development leads across multiple projects.
  • Engage in senior-level technology discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Diploma in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically and deliver results.
  • In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, trends, methodologies, and resource management principles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff
  • Must be able to work with rapid change in a start-up culture
  • Proven ability to influence and/or lead high performing/ geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills to manage complex process and technology issues.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Agile principles and ceremonies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Head of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) is a key member of the Nimbyx Technology Team and is responsible for building, training and leading SQA teams for each company under the Nimbyx portfolio. This person is responsible for setting up test strategies for each product, in identifying opportunities for automation and in putting together key metrics to ensure high quality of products.

This role includes responsibilities outside of the Technology team, including working with end-users, the business team, and other stakeholders to understand how the different software products are used in real life .

Responsibilities

  • Build, operate and transfer world class SQA teams for each company under the Nimbyx portfolio
  • Responsible for coaching, training, and performance reviews of the SQA teams
  • Get an in-depth understanding of the business processes and end user problems being solved by each product as basis in setting up test strategies
  • Define key metrics for each team to ensure high quality of products
  • Define standards and guidelines for each of the SQA teams
  • Identify and drive opportunities for test automation where it creates value.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of related working experience as Senior QA Manager; BA experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated understanding of agile values and principles
  • Proven track record in building and operating world class teams

The Head of Technical Support is a key member of the Nimbyx Technology group and is responsible for building, operating, and transferring Technical Support teams for each company in the nimbyx portfolio.

This person will setup teams for the large-scale environment management and support of Nimbyx’s technology ecosystems. This role will drive the culture of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous improvement that will allow us to rapidly iterate and scale.

This person will work with other technical leaders in the Nimbyx Technology group to establish our application support capabilities and processes and ensure services availability at 99.99%.

Accountabilities and responsibilities

  • Build, operate and transfer Technical Support teams for each company under the Nimbyx portfolio
  • Establish processes, standards, and tools to manage applications using automated Build, Release, Deployment and monitoring alerting for both in-premise and cloud-based servers
  • Design tools and smart alerts to proactively anticipate failures/issues and work with the team to identify root cause and fix issues.
  • Establish processes and standards to manage domains, Office 365 and Azure Active Directory
  • Continually improve, automate, and document deployment process, among other processes
  • Work with the Customer Support to gather information about issues encountered, investigate the root cause and work with the rest of the Technology team to recommend or identify long term solutions.
  • Plan and implement security protocols to ensure security of data and information
  • Create/document IT policies and procedures
  • Able to have flexible work schedule and at times work outside of the normal business hours to accommodate effective communications with stakeholders in the global organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

Planning and organizing CAD-Department’s production shift schedules

  • Pushing production to meet customer commitments (i.e. Turn Around Time)
  • Pushing production throughout to grow the book of business
  • Maintaining quality and efficiency standards
  • Tracking customer feedback and working with the Supervisors to put action plans
  • Tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators
  • Work in partnership with the Technical Manager to document standard operating procedures for the production floor, get buy-in to roll out, and measure the effectiveness
  • Communicate performance feedback to staff, manage staff and monitor individual performance via observation and review of various productivity metrics

Qualifications

Technical degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are required
