HR Business Partner

This role acts as a hands-on coach, support, and advisor to people leaders in the day-to-day execution of HR related services covering the entire employee lifecycle. As an extension of the broader HR leadership team, the HR business partner exists to ensure that corporate programs are operationalized and executed flawlessly and there is a continuous feedback loop within the business team/s being supported.

This role exists as conduit to business leaders and the entire HR leadership to drive outcomes in the areas of employee engagement, talent development, compensation, culture and change management within NImbyx Capital.

Senior Manager – Compensation & Benefits

This role exists to drive the creation and delivery of best-in-class compensation and benefits strategy, roadmap, and processes to maximize the employee and leadership experience at Nimbyx Capital.

Senior Manager – Talent Management, Organization Development and Learning

This role exists to drive the creation and delivery of talent and leadership development, organizational development, and learning programs for Nimbyx Capital.
