Senior Manager – Talent Management, Organization Development and Learning

This role exists to drive the creation and delivery of talent and leadership development, organizational development, and learning programs for Nimbyx Capital. As a functional and thought leader, you own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of specific talent initiatives (which may include career development, employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning), while ensuring they fit into the company’s broader people strategy. Outcomes of these programs will be measured based on KPIs that include employee engagement, talent and leader retention, and NPS.

What you’ll do

  • Cocreate talent strategy and talent roadmap for various segments (executives, people leader, employees)  
  • Cocreate the design and continuous iteration of our organizational design and learning development playbook   
  • Develop sustainable programs that drive a high-performing positive workplace culture and support the professional and personal development of all employees 
  • Lead the design and execution of OD interventions, initiatives and learning solutions that directly contribute to the achievement of KPIs 
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs 
  • Lead the employee engagement survey process and work with the leadership on action planning and interventions required to close gaps 
  • Drive the development and implementation of leader and employee development programs including on-line, classroom-based, and blended learning 
  • Lead development of transparent and consistent measurement and reporting of KPIs, survey results, and programs

What you’ll need

  • 10 + years overall HR experience, 5 years as SME/functional leader in OD and learning development space
  • Roll-up your sleeves, let’s get it done and self-starter attitude are must-have’s
  • Project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving, courage to try new approaches and methods at every opportunity
  • Flexibility and ability to effectively respond and navigate through iterations, competing demands, shifting priorities, and organizational constraints
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group and manage ambiguous situations
  • Workplace exposure to delivering components of Diversity & Inclusion efforts is a plus
