Senior Manager – Compensation & Benefits

This role exists to drive the creation and delivery of best-in-class compensation and benefits strategy, roadmap, and processes to maximize the employee and leadership experience at Nimbyx Capital. Outcomes of these programs will be measured based on KPIs that include employee engagement, talent and leader retention, and NPS.

What you’ll do

  • Own operational delivery and employee experience for salary and benefits administration
  • Create and manage processes that are aligned to the company’s financial management, compliance and governance, and data privacy requirements
  • Lead the annual end-to-end salary and benefits review process and work with the leadership to ensure alignment with financial management, competitiveness, and sustainability in mind
  • Drive the creation of process documentation, data flow/interface, and reporting for benefits administration and transactional processes throughout the employee’s lifecycle
  • Work with Finance to create a salary and benefits spend dashboard that is updated timely and shared with stakeholders on a monthly and quarterly basis

What you’ll need

  • 10 + years overall HR experience, 5 years as SME/functional leader in compensation and benefits space
  • Roll-up your sleeves, let’s get it done and self-starter attitude are must-have’s
  • Business and financial acumen are a must have
  • Project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving, courage to try new approaches and methods at every opportunity
  • Flexibility and ability to effectively respond and navigate through iterations, competing demands, shifting priorities, and organizational constraints
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group and manage ambiguous situations
  • Workplace exposure to delivering components of Diversity & Inclusion efforts is a plus
