Senior HR Business Partner

This role exists as conduit to business leaders and the entire HR leadership to drive outcomes in the areas of employee engagement, talent development, compensation, culture and change management within NImbyx Capital. The breadth and depth of experience and insight critical to this role should translate to strategic advice and proactive support to senior leadership in all areas of Human Resources with a heavy emphasis in employee relations and policy making and execution.Outcomes of these collaborations will be measured based on KPIs that include employee engagement, talent and leader retention, and NPS.

What you’ll do

  • Provide thought leadership and adoption of best practices anchored in the company’s culture and core values to develop high-trust, high-performance teams in partnership with senior business leaders
  • With a solid understanding of the business strategy, develop practical and sustainable people solutions backed by data from hiring, turnover, exit interviews, and engagement surveys
  • Partners with HR Centres of Expertise to drive key programs and processes throughout the employee lifecycle from talent acquisition, performance management, compensation planning, people leader coaching, employee relations/conflict resolution and organizational design
  • Drive the creation to implementation of highly practical and sound employee handbook and corporate and departmental HR policies and procedures

What you’ll need

  • 10 + years experience as strategic HR business working directly with Director and above business leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and have impact on key decisions by demonstrating deep subject matter expertise
  • Roll-up your sleeves, let’s get it done and self-starter attitude are must-have’s
  • Project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Critical thinking and creative problemsolving, courage to try new approaches and methods at every opportunity
  • Flexibility and ability to effectively respond and navigate through iterations, competing demands and shifting priorities and organizational constraints
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group and manage ambiguous situations
  • Workplace exposure to delivering components of Diversity & Inclusion efforts is a plus
