As a Software Project Manager/ BA, you will be responsible for leading and executing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Working with stakeholders to define project scope and timelines
  • Leading the project team and third-party vendors
  • Ensuring effective communication among project team members
  • Managing changes to the project scope, schedule and resources
  • Measuring project performance and reporting to management
  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Tracking project documentation and providing regular updates

To be considered, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a BA/ Project Manager in the technology industry and a technical background in software development and web technologies. Additionally, you should possess strong project management skills, an understanding of user story based requirements gathering and release management, and a commitment to customer focus. You should be a critical thinker, open and honest, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
