The Head of Technology for evident is a self-motivated senior leader who will be accountable for the overall resource management, delivery, and operations of the Technology team for evident.

This role is reporting to the CTO of Nimbyx and will align with the different functional heads of Nimbyx for strategy and governance. This person needs to have a passion for building great cloud solutions and have the leadership skills to navigate our team, enabling them to build great products.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible in building and managing evident’s different software product
  • Work across functional teams to ensure plans are sound with respect to scheduling, customer needs and standards
  • Support other service groups for implementation, consulting, and training
  • Ensure effective use and implementation of processes to produce deliverables to a high-quality standard
  • Accountable for entire employee lifecycle of the team members from hiring and on-boarding, managing performance, training, and development, through off-boarding due to resignation/termination
  • Ensure that there are sufficient resources to support the business demand and that succession plan is in place
  • Overall accountable for the performance of the Technology team for evident
  • Create a culture of Leadership, Commitment, Integrity, and Excellence; drive operational efficiencies to build a competent, disruptive, agile, and fun team
  • An advocate for disruption, leading by example, motivation, coaching and mentoring
  • Engage in senior-level technology discussions.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Diploma in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically and deliver results.
  • In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, trends, methodologies, and resource management principles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff
  • Must be able to work with rapid change in a start-up culture
  • Proven ability to influence and/or lead high performing/ geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills to manage complex process and technology issues.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Agile principles and ceremonies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
