Making sure Alina’s patients have receive a custom treatment plan that will give them the perfect smile is critical to our success and growth. So, we’re looking for a General Dentist, who can design treatment plans and build rapport with our patients.
What you will do:
- Engage and educate patients on the benefits of aligners and dental technology
- Conduct virtual and on-site consultations while providing premium experience to patients
- Learn and understand aligners in a clinical manner
- Understand the digital dental design process, to measure quality
- Collaborate with a dedicated orthodontics and technology design team
- Conduct oral prophylaxis, assessments and determine next steps

The ideal Alina General Dentist should:
- Be a Graduate of Doctor of Dental Medicine
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Have excellent skills in relationship building
- Be driven and self-motivated to learn and achieve
- Be organized, and works well with timelines
- Enjoy engaging and connecting with new patients and designers
- Know how to find out what problem patients are facing, and how to frame a solution
- Very nice to have: experience with aligner treatment planning or digital dentistry
