We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Controller/VP Finance to join our team to personally drive the financial reporting and systems improvements required to support our exponential growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, and treasury functions
• Ensure that financial reporting is accurate, timely, and in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• Support the COO and CEO through the development of forecasting and strategic planning processes
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders
• Continuously monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to the executive team
• Ensure that appropriate internal controls are in place to manage financial risk

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA designation preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a high-growth technology company
• Proven track record of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
